I have a question and not sure where to ask it at. Do we have bacteria bioflims in us that have lodged in our bladders? I keep reading about IC , Chinese Medicine and Anitbotics and it gets very confusing. Thanks.

I have said this countless times, but it is a difficult thing to ingest-pun intended. This is such a great article on this subject--please please read it. It is both for those that have cancer and those whoa re trying to avoid it and stay healthy!

Antibiotics are more often avoidable than one thinks even in the face of quite fierce infections. I never judge anyone for succumbing to the rx antibiotic route, as it can feel quite scary when you are in it, but, it is always good to keep in your mind that it can almost always be done.

IN recent years, a growing problem of resistance agains infeciton is occuring because more often than not, antibiotics are being used in situations where thye need not be. This is an interesting article discussing essential oils as a possibility to replace antibiotics.

We will start this page as a blog and if we get too many stories we will reorganize later.  Go to Top menu it is under "you Found ICAMA"

I am posting these in the order I am locating them in my computer and with no connection to preference. I LOVE them all!

Started with one-more coming!

Enjoy!
