This is a really interesting article on the subject of using diet and supplements to naturally change the way the body is operating vs. using prescription drugs to chemically alter it in a flase way.

All of you know my thoughts on sugar. Sugar consumption can cause so many kinds of imbalances in the body and, in my opinion, sugar consumption coupled with other kinds of health practices can be a huge contributor to chronic illness. Often, these are not the kinds of things that we are being told.

I keep forgetting to mention that although some people include mushrooms as a part of their ingredients on their personal recipes, I do not recommend eating them. |

Well, another week has passed with a lot of great stuff happening.
Increasingly good commentary on the forum site with wonderful helpful hints from many different people old and new. I am hoping that those of you who have rec'd my dissertation are liking it, and, to those of you who have not rec'd it, it is coming. I am working on my teaching and support program daily, trying to get that going. Thank you to all of you who have indicated an interest. I had a patient with a big break through today I am hoping will post and many others who are doing super well progressively. I am very grateful to be doing the work that I am doing and to have the opportunity to extend my hand to someone who needs it. Please keep posting and helping others! Matia

I read a post today about someone who was helped by follwoing my dietary suggestions who has not even become a patient. My heart is so touched by your post! Thank you for sharing that with everyone. I am so happy to have heped you without even having met you! The standard diets that are recommended are targeted differently, and I am so glad you tried mine and it helped. But, remember, there are stages, and the goal is to get back to a normal healthy diet! Dr. B |

As I said, I am going to be launching a teaching program within the next few weeks. I am working on it daily. I am also looking for other kinds of practitioners who may may want to occupy space here in my clinic who are working on IC patients and would like to integrate into my method and offer complimentary services that are consistent with the ICAMA methods. This may be an M.D., Chiropractor, psychotherapist, massage therapist (for advanced patients), or other kind of healer.

I was thinking today that there have been so many of you reaching out lately to help those who are just coming into treatment and how wonderful it is to create a ring of hope and help and positivity all the way around. There is so much negative information out there. And, being sick can be a lonely place to be.
