Why I Do Not Treat Vegetarians

I was a stedfast vegetarian for years. And, I have 7 animals at home and have had more or less this number over my entire life. I adore animals, and in my fantasy life would never eat one again. But, through treating people clinically, I have found that eating meat is paramount to getting well. I also had that experience myself in my own recovery from tremendous unwellness.

Someone just sent this to me tonight and I can absolutely relate to it. I know many of you have gone through very similar experiences. And, some have felt shunned by me not understanding where I am coming from
in saying I do not want to waaste their time in treating them if they are vegetarian.

I just bought a bunch of meat and raw milk directly from a farmer and yes, I spent a pretty penny but I feel good about it and I will use every bit. I was rejoicing when I saw this guy's truck at the farmer's market!

I have a tough time because my closest and most supportive sister became a Vegan last year and I worry about her especially considering the fact that our other sis also has IC!! Especially since I have to stick to such a regimented diet, it boggles my mind why someone would purposefully limit and restrict themselves from so many healthful nutrient dense foods. It's hard to talk about with her and I basically avoid all talk of food whenver possible since we are so distant in our beliefs.
