This is so scary!! Im totally against pain killers, but i was forced to wear a fentanyl patch while i was undergoing my bone marrow transplant. I was given the drug occasionally if i had severe pain, but upon discharge, i was told i needed to wear the patch to keep withdrawal symptoms away. Im so happy thats over.

Well, these things do not always happen, but they do happen. There are times that one does not have a choice, and other where choice exists. But, it is always best to be armed with knowledge. I am so glad you are finished with that part of your life as well. On ward, and upward....!!! M
