Well I used to drink mullien tea and do goldenseal and oregano oil. The mulien tea coats the thorat and insides it is a mulicage plant. but if your being treated by Matia then she would have to tell you what herbs to use so they don't interfear. the only think i can say is turn to soups and stay warm.
