I had a one hour break!

I don't know what I did right or what I did right but I actually had a one hour break where my pain went from an 8 to a 3/4! Flare is here again but at least there was a moment of more tolerable burn...hope.

Hi Mimi, yes, I called you. Yes drinking spring water ozarka, Poland spring and mountain valley so far. Do we have to cook our rice in it too?

I cook my rice and steam my veggies in spring water. I sautee my greens in butter.

If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.
