Rice Bran okay?

I have bought a couple bags of Brown Rice Pasta and one of the ingredients is Rice Bran. Is this okay to eat in treatment? Thanks!

I would avoid bran. I have had a few rice tortillas with rice bran but I don't think Dr. B would like this!!

If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.
