Hello ladies
My back is still very very bad despite lots of dosage changes and physiotherapy. I'm also having muscle spasms and twitching all over and a lot of pressure in my pelvis which builds until the muscles spasm. Boaz is perplexed as structurally my spine is ok and wants me to have an mri in case there is something else going on with my Liver or another organ. I still cant lie or sit down when awake without terrible burning in my back and legs. Getting an MRI in the uk is hard as id need pelvis and abdomen which is expensive and I know that my gp will say no as I have refused western meds for the ic. Boaz said he's never had anyone with this problem before and now i really feel that there is no hope to help me recover as I've gone from person to person and no one can help me. My.mother can't take anymore and is suicidal and the idea of going to the clinic gets closer and closer. I know others have had to go back to western medicine but I haven't seen those people recover. I'm so do afraid and can't deal with any more pain.

Thank you aga. I think my pudendal nerve is ok just a little irritated by all the pulling from my back. According to my physio the pain is from my back which is hyper mobile (as is the rest of me). The problem is, is that the physio now isn't working. The nerves themselves seem to be ok in general, there was some worry before but now she feels it's all spinal. What's weird is that it is affected by what I eat and the herbs. Boaz wants me to have the Mri as he seems to think there could be something else going on with an organ or something. It so confusing I can't work out if he's suggesting an organ is pressing in my spine (which my physio says is impossible) or if he means they are connected (like the liver and the hip are in Chinese medicine). How can my spine be affected by the herb? It scares me that boaz is confused and I really can't afford an Mri which is about 2000 pounds privately here. My physio is literally the best in the country and what she says and what boaz says are totally different. He said he'd email her but hasn't managed to (I understand that he's super busy) but I can't live like this. I thought I had a plan but now I don't.

I am so sorry to hear of your suffering. I understand what you are going through completely. please try to see Thong or any of his assistants at Medical Alternatives in St John's Wood. I haven't been there for a while so no idea if Thong is still practising, but they were all amazing there. Please pm me and,just keep going. A solution is out there - you just need to find it.

Thank you both. I just wish I could get a handle on what's going on! The IC treatment I'm receiving from boaz is really great and my tolerance for herbs is improving but I just don't know what to do. I also really don't understand how the back pain could be my liver or gall bladder or something when my physio has felt my spine and says its in the wrong place but is improving but the pain is worsening. I don't know how he'll treat me without the Mri but I think I'm just going to have to ask him to try. Vin I sent you a message privately thank you for saying that was ok.
