Has anyone else taken cod, and then had it start to really bother their bladder? I have been doing very well, bladder wise, for several months. This month I am on a ton of cod and now maybe it has built up and is causing the bladder pain. I am taking it out tomorrow (somehow missed dr. B's reply to me today to take it out so drank a TABLESPOON of it tonight, grrr. Anyway, I am really hoping we get to the bottom of my sudden, horrible bladder sx.

Hi Mimi,

yes the very same thing happened to me as well. A few months ago she had me take 1/4 teaspoon of cod with my protocol and after a while it started to really bother my bladder. So we took it out. The pain will stop soon. Hugs.

So we took out the cod today and I feel better, but I am NOT all the way back. Still some irritation and mild frequency. Do you think it is still getting out of my system??

Sometimes Cod is awesome sometimes not - sometimes flax is great sometimes not. It is interesting how much things can change and our tolerations to things can be sooo specific.

Thanks Honeybee for that perspective. It really makes sense since the body is so dynamic.

She tried to keep in the cod at a lower dose but I think it is still bothering me. I get horrid parineal pain after I pee-trully the weirdest symptom ever. I HATE it. And frequency. IF you did not do well on cod, what where your symptoms? Thanks!
