What type of mozarella cheese do people eat? I dont know what it means when Matia lists "not the kind packed in water"

I believe it means the kind you have to shred yourself. I know the kind in the bag cut up is packed in water to keep it fresh.

She means the fresh
She means the fresh mozzarella balls, they are soft and packed in a container with water. I think it's sometimes called buffalo mozzarella.
