New patient

I went to Matia's Wed afternoon 11-18, and flew back to Indiana the next morning.  Matia was gracious and her office setting was beautiful with the waterfalls and greenery.  The Holiday Inn express was nice, the chicken salad at Ralph's was great, and saying I was disabled helped because I sat in the front of the plane by the bathroom- very comforting.  I brought my own food- salmon patties, celery, hardboiled eggs, rice cakes, cucumbers, and water.  Thanks for the advice on this site.  I plan for a slow, easy weekend.  Very low expectations of myself to get much done.  I am excited to start on the path to get well.
