Kate's Butter from whole foods is the best butter I've ever eaten (I'm a total connoisseur).  As a snacker so this diet was initally hard for me (I'm a year and a half in).  My latest snack is fried cabbage--in Kate's with salt.  It's a little pricey--but worth it!

Fried Cabbage?

I would never think to do that.  How do you do it?  Just throw it in a pan with some oil or butter?  How is your bladder feeling after a year and 1/2 in?

A battle worth fighting ♥

lol. I just ate a plate of

lol. I just ate a plate of red and green cabbage sauted in butter and a little olive oil.  Saute about 5 min.  I added about a tbsp of water so it would steam and cover.
I use salted and unsalted butter both.  I have also had Amish butter and it is delicious.  I think you could google it and find it on line and have it sent to you.  I comes in 5 lb amounts- kind of coffee can size.

butttah

I just use straight up butter--no olive oil (im SUPER sick of the taste of olive oil) and I fry it for 5 minutes--no steaming.  Although the other recipe looks delish!  I'm totally going to get the amish butter next!

grass-fed

Anyone find grass-fed butter anywhere?  Can't get it at my Whole Foods, am actually very disappointed in them, they should have it, as grass-fed has the right ratio of omegas that doesn't promote inflammation.
