Have any of you had problems with dill?  I tried it today and it seemed to increase my burning.  Also, have any of you had an increasein symptoms after basil?

Yes

I have a hard time with all spices except sea salt.

A battle worth fighting ♥

I could only use sea salt dried garlic powder and dried basil in small amounts on list 2. when I got to list 3 which I am still on - I could tolerate fresh basil cooked into my food. I could not tolerate black pepper at first not from burning but because it made me bloat and gaseous! Try the herbs a little later on - and try them dried one at a time. sometimes 2 -3months later is a big difference in how you tolerate them. I have not tried rosemary yet since long ago but it used to make me flare really badly. I can now tolerate fennel, black pepper, oregano, paprika, dill, fresh garlic, parsely, and fresh basil.

I eat a lot of dill.  I thought it was okay.  Maybe it is causing some of my burning.  I put it all over my fish.  Thanks for the heads up.
