What brands are you all using?
I bought Planetary Herbals oil of oregano from the Vitamin Shop. It conatians a small amount of extra virgin olive oil which Matia said was ok. This product is in liquid form. I am not currently taking it. In the past, I have used oil of oregano to fight various colds.

I am on 5 drops 3 times and day with goldenseal. It has been helping me with my pain.
I use Oreganol, it's expensive but it has worked for me. I used a cheaper brand once, Now, but had a reaction. You can get Oreganol at WF, but I'm about to order it online because it is expensive and I think I can get it cheaper by mail.
Its half price on amazon! Except you have to buy in in 1 oz instead of .5.
How do you know if you have a good brand of Oil of Oregano? I currently have the Planetary Herbals Brand from the Vitamin Shop.

Do you think another brand is better? If so, would you finish this bottle or buy another one?
I used a different brand in the beginning of treatment. When I finished it I got the Oreganol and think it is better because it has less extra virgin oiive oil. I would ask Matia if she thinks you need to change brands or just finish this and get the Oreganol.
I use Oreganol caps and take 5 caps 3 times a day. When I changed from SF to this I got better within a few days. It was worth the money for me.

the one i have been using is not dilute and is not organic i wonder if it should be? I am thinking yes. It is also not dilute and she wants me to do 10 drops the most i have ever done. I feel it should be diluted for that. Its just 100 % no added oil. that would be way too strong to take 10 drops. and not to mention this is on top of goldenseal ug i am dreading it.
