OK..everyone....
We all YEARN to hear Matia's words and it helps us to understand sooo much.
Can you please put your phone on mute so everyone else on the call can hear Matia and not various extraneous sounds.
I am not trying to be mean or offend anyone, but it seems like this keeps happening again and again. I know we all have families and try and struggle with finding two hours to listen in. It would be really respectful of each other and each other's time if we could just mute the phone and unmute when you ask a question.

I could not for the life of me figure out how to mute my new cell phone..Sorry! I did stay in my room though with the door shut. I will have it figured out by the next call.
Thank you lovemyangels for bringing up this problem with our Support Group Conference calls. I too am very frustrated with the noise from unmuted phones. Maybe before the next meeting we can remind everyone to mute thier phones.

No worries......I felt it has happened the last 4 calls. I know I sound like a bitchy person and I really am not trying to be. It just gets frustrating when you are trying to hear and you are missing an answer or missing a question because of background noise.
Just thought perhaps I should mention it to everyone because sometimes people dont know to mute phones.
Again, please everyone do not take this as a personal attack or being mean. I know we all try very hard and just want to learn.
