Hey everyone!
Just wondering how you open up your fish/d/sf pills to get drops out? I've been in treatment over 2 years and can't figure out the best way to open them. I've tried toothpicks and sharp knives (I just sliced my finger last week with a steak knife) and my husband thinks i'm going to cut my finger off. LOL!!! Please hurry so my wounds can begin to heal...appreciate any ideas or methods.

I used to pierce them carefully with a knife but I eventually just got to the point where I would open them with my teeth!
I have had great success using a pair of kitchen scissors. It's probably best to have one pair of scissors set aside for pills. Yes, I have cut myself with a knife as well. Thankfully, my knife was dull :o)
I have had great success by using a straight pin. I just got one of those exta large pins, sort of like a hat pin. I suppose a regular straight pin would work too. Be sure to wash it good with soap and hot water every time before you use it to prevent bacteria problems. It works very well, and the drops come out nicely.
I have never opened the ones that are liquid..did not think I was supposed to. I have never flared because of that either, so I guess its ok for me
