Hi Everyone,
I'm slowly starting list 3...*crosses fingers* I noticed I can try "more hard mild cheeses".... What does everyone take that to mean?
Is mild cheddar ok?
What else would be a good cheeze to try?

Mild cheddar is a good one to try, have you had havarti yet? That's my favorite!

havarti w/dill is yummy!
I eat provolone, mozz (not the kind in water) and havarti w/dill. I haven't tried cheddar yet. We need to ask Matia for a more detailed list.
