Thoughts?  Apparently I missed this one as an undergrad, and I'm moving on in my grad career and I have to sign some kind of waiver.
 
I can't decide if I should get it or not.

If it was me, I wouldn't but its your decision of course. What does Matia say? I think vaccines undermine the immune system.
