Do any of you have your children on probiotics? I am thinking of starting my 8 year old on a daily probiotic and I am wondering.... do you give them Natren? or another brand? How much?

I give my kids probiotics and I have for a long time. I have no idea if I am giving them the right thing as I have recently decided that I know nothing! LOL But for what it is worth- I give them Three-lac and the little one gets Klaire Labs infant . When these run out I am going to start giving them natren. I also try to get them to eat cultured and naturally fermented foods so they get it through food.
This is a great question, because my Sister has been wanting to give her kids probiotics. Because I send her all the articles about probiotics and the gut. But there is so many to choose from. She keeps asking me, and I told her I would research it. But I don't know there is just to many out there.
Deir - the "Threelac," where do you buy it? Online, wholefoods?
i asked Dr B about this for my partners little one. So i would ask her. I think she recommends natren healthy start, or tiny amounts of the mega, bif and digestilac seperately. Dependent on age and stuff
