There are lots of ways to prevent pregnancy besides chemicals like birth control pills. We are made to believe that they are so benign , when, in fact, they can cause massive imbalance in the body, that, in some cases, may take years to repair. Here is a great article sent by a patient who I am treating who said that she experienced every one of these symptoms because of the pill: http://abcnews.go.com/Health/WomensHealth/story?id=6484342&page=1

No, not really. But, if you are even thinking about cheating over the holidays, let me suggest baking something yourself. Pamela's pancake and baking mix as a base for cookies, scones, or cakes is a great base. Then, you can add in agave 1:1 ratio instead of sugar. IF you want chocolate you can add in Wax Orchard's chocolate sauce or Ultimate Raw Chocolate to taste or you can use other flavors like organic pumkin in a can. Mising the pumkin in with the chocolate is outstanding. this makes a great cake. Pumkin is strong though for those early in treatment.

Someone asked me the other day, and I realize I get many people who ask the same thing--how important is it to use BOMASENSE products? I developed these products out of total desperation and aggravation with what things were available on the market. Aside from the typical non healthfood store products loaded with laural sulphate and its carcinogenic friends, the healthfood store alternatives can be just as bad. This is not because they are loaded with toxic ingredients, although many still are. Just because they are in a healthfood store does not mean they are all pure.

I have rec'd several of the same question and wanted to post this to be clear. For steaming veggies, tap water is fine. But, if you are making tea or soup, please use bottled water. The issues with the water do not get purified by boiling as far as I can tell. I know that some of you may feel it is a big committment and expense to use bottled water, but, in my experience it can make an immense difference.

Doubt sees the obstacles, faith sees the way

Doubt sees the dark of night, faith sees the day

Doubt dares to take a step, faith soars on high,

Doubt asks the question "who believes" and faith answers "I .

In an effort to try and make this next meeting more audible for everyone so that we can really connect better, I need to get some feedback from all of you who participated in last month's meeting. Can you each post a comment telling me if you dialed in by phone or by computer. If by computer, did you use headsets. This will help my technical person fix the gliches from last month. Thanks everyone:)

I have noted over the years that tilapia sometimes can cause symptoms with IC. This article may explain why: http://www.naturalnews.com/025054.html

I typically will say that this therapy should be avoided unless there is a super good reason for it and, in those cases, very limited amounts of hormones should be used, typically, vaginal only. This is why: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/28222004/from/ET/
