If you are feeling sick with aches and pain and chills and simply feeling under the weather, but your bladder is OK, then PUSH PUSH PUSH. Getting started on this route to restoring good health to your body is super tough work. But, not getting on the road to restoring your good health is tougher! It involves much more suffering.

I talk alot about chlorine--no too much about flouride. I thought this article may illustrate some of my own thoughts although written by someone else of course.

Many people still tout the importance of flouride to the health of our teeth. I don't truly understand where all of the confusion has come from, but, I have found more articles discussing the adverse effects of flouride on our health than the opposite.

I though you all might find this article interesting:

Sorry Everyone we seemed to have a weak connection there toward the latter half of the meeting. When I said good night it seemed that a lot of people dropped off. This was our third meeting and we are still having some technical difficulties to work out. But, hopefully next meeting will be better.
I think next meeting I am going to try and get a strong mic for my computer and hope that works better. Thanks everyone who joined!

When you say what you feel, you realize what has been in your heart
When you say what you feel, you realize the impact that words have between two people
When you say what you feel, you realize the importance of two opinions including your own
When you say what you feel, you realize that change can occur as a consequence
When you say what you feel, you realize the capacity for honor and integrity
When you say what you feel, you realize the energy that your being creates
When you say what you feel, you realize that not doing so has made you want to scream

I am answering Lisa's last post in another blog bc I think it hits on and brings up a
massively important topic. Do you spend time speaking to others about your
condition or hold it inside? And from where does one draw his or her strength?

I was at the park the other day and saw this middle aged man pacing back and forth. He
was making hand gestures that were quite intense and appeared to be muttering to
himself. This went on for quite a while, and I casually thought to myself, "poor man, a
grown up having autism. He is all alone with no Mom or Dad, how is he getting along?"
Suddenly as I glanced again a few minutes later, he had turned his position and I could
see his ear piece--he was on the phone! I know this is a bit simplistic, but it really

typically with IC one finds that all blood work is normal, however, if something is likely to be out of range, it is often that cholesterol is high. Someone I was speaking to this past week
reminded said she had just received her annual blood test results and her previous years elevated cholesterol and sugar had both gone down to normal range. Both were high prior to commencing treatment with me. IT is interesting because people having cholesterol issues worry about
the diet I place them on. Medicine today leads the public to believe that high cholesterol

How many times have you said this to a doctor or practitioner? How many times have you
been shot down by a sharp tongue without an understanding of your position?

It is really sad that most of the medical profession looks upon people having IC as
"OCD" or "neurotic" as one patient put it refusing to acknowledge her feelings.
