Natalie's Pretzels

Ingredients

1 t
salt
4 c
flour
1 t
baking soda
1 1⁄2 c
warm water
1  
egg (beaten)
   
salt

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients together. Add water. Mix together until dough forms into a ball. Divide into golf ball-sized balls. Roll until about 12 inches long. Shape into pretzel form. Lay on cookie sheet. (Iused an air bake cookie sheet). Brush with egg and sprinkle with salt. Bake about 15-20 minutes until golden brown at 425 degrees.
