Thank you Sydney for answering the bowling ball feeling question on the forum! Thank you for being there for the person who asked. It is so important for those that have gone before to be there for those that are now struggling. And, keeping your heart open to give back is so incredibly important.

This is a dreadful condition, and the only way we will help those in it and prevent others from falling into it is by communication and education. That responsibility is something that we may all share in together however it is that we are involved.

Thank you Sydney!

Although IC has many origins, in my opinion, one is the use of certain kinds of RX and over the counter medications. A person may not always be made aware of even side effects that are listed in the physician's desk reference. This story is an interesting take off of that premise.

I always recommend keeping exposure to chemicals at a minimum. Such as: using hair dyes that are less toxic--those found in health-food stores, not going to get your nails done in hair salons where the smell of nail finishes are impossible to avoid inhaling, not using or exposing your skin to direct contact with house cleaning chemicals. Chemicals are everywhere, we certainly cannot live in a bubble. But, we can keep our awareness up and limit our exposure to chemical toxins to the best of our ability.

OK, now that I have my dissertation up and running, I am just about to open the teaching and support network.

I am finalizing the details and should be posting something very soon, possibly this week or next regarding the details.

This has been a process that has been difficult to sort out for me. I want to be as effective as I can be from allpoints of view.

So, please keep watching the blog for updates-they are coming soon!

The book is coming from the printer, and as I said, the first 25 will be discounted for missing page numbers! But, after those 25 they will be reprinted correctly. Content is exactly the same otherwise.

I hope everyone "enjoys" it.

I do not typically strongly advocate the use of hormones. But, sometimes they are very necessary, and in those cases, the difference between synthetic and bio-identical hormones are dramatic. The FDA is trying to take away our choice! Please voice your opinion:
