Hey livandlex :) I asked Dr B about diaper rash cream one time and if she knew of a good brand to try. She told me just to use plain yogurt if she needs it. She has also had me use plain yogurt for yeast infections. This was just what was recommended to me personally. I obviously can't give out baby advice! But thought I'd share :)
