Just wanted to get the "hemorriod" topic moved down! LOL

Anyway- Each night without fail  I write a few little things that I am grateful for. It has really helped me keep my expectations reasonable and helped me to realize that even on the worst day- there is SOMETHING for sure to be grateful for!!

Hello all. After all those terrified posts, I can finally say that my bladder is healing. What a wonderful feeling, it is doing so in spite of all my fears and doubts, imperfectly measured portions, over big portions and too much cheese. I am grateful- tremendously- to all of you and soooo grateful to Dr. B for putting up with me. The irony, of course, is that the diet is not really a short term measure, as it turns out it and I do not mind that. Can't believe the stuff that passes as food.
So new folk, hang in. What would I have done instead. I know that thereis more to do. I am still just beginning with some List3 foods but boy, I don't miss that interminable burning.... To be continued:)

Deir, thank you! I will start a graditude journal. Try to fit that in with some meditation as well!!
