Which Natren probiotics do you use?  I can get them here in Canada but their are a few types.  Can you tell me which one Matia prefers newbies to use.

Natren's probiotics are on iherb.  Matia recommends various types and/or amounts depending on your particular case of IC.   I am about to try Megadophilus (lactose, free veggie caps).
