Hello,

Just wondering if we can easliy get spaghetti squash in UK (i.e. supermarket)? Is it called something else here?

Thank you!

Unfortunately Spaghetti squash is seasonal in the UK and can only be bought, end of September until end of November i believe. I was buying it in Tescos, but it was not easy to find in other supermarkets unlike butternut squash, which I am unable to eat at the moment.

Ah I see, thank you. I guess I'll keep a look out for it later this year. I'm not able to have butternut squash either.

Have you been in treatment long? What list are you on?

I have been in treatment for 18 mths and am on list two, although I am unable to eat high oxalates foods. I had been eating spinach for a while and my VV symtoms returned. I am unable to eat eggs or butter  because I get a colitis flare and I am on a gluten free diary because of my thyroid condition. My diet is quite basic, meat, vegetables and pasta.
