I think this would just be so amazing if we could get Bomasense products at Whole Foods!! I already called the Whole Foods I shop at and requested they carry it. I'm going to talk to the buyer for the "Whole Body" section in a few days too. Talking to the buyer is the BEST way to get a product in a retail place. I'm committing to bothering them until they carry at least the shampoo & conditioner. Or until the explicitly tell me NO. And then I'll just wait a few weeks and start back up again. Maybe if several of us bother enough buyers in enough stores, they'll do it??!!
Recently, Matia up'ed my Bifido from from 3/8 to 3/4 then to 1. Last time i saw her, she was planning to up it to 1 1/4 but we decided to wait on it due to a trip i am planning to take for 2 weeks. I had some discomfort with 1 bifido, but thought it was due to my ovuluation, which i am not that sure anymore. I haven't emailed her about it yet, trying to make sure first, so we won't back down to 3/4.
Thank you for writing in and suggesting that I tough on through the bifido and/or the cod. I checked with Dr. B and she said, "yes, it is true. And you would be surprised at how much better you feel for having done so. However, I don't think you are quite there yet."

Hello everyone, Was wondering if anyone can please recommend any good sites or youtube vids or something with some pelvic floor exercises for RELAXING pelvic floor muscles? I have a feeling that on top of IC I have also developed tight pelvic floor muscles (sex can cause a lot of urinary frequency afterwards and I also have a bit of pain around my sacrum and hip) from the stress around that area and was would like to be able to try and do some exercises at home to try relax them a bit!
Today my Husband was asking me if we need natural sugar for energy... I said I don't think we need natural sugar in order to be healthy and to have energy, but let me look it up... I am looking for a foundation, face powder, and eye shadow. I use Bare Minirals. Any time I put it on, I seem to have a serious afternoon crash where I am just exhausted. Does anyone have a healthy recommendation? Thanks a lot.

Today was my six month anniversary and I was hoping to have a good day since I have been having many good days. Not sure what is going on, though. I went to Dr. B on Wed am and reported overall improvement but also mentioned that I was having some pressure at that moment. She put me on very dilute bif (1/8 cap diluted in 2 cups of water, taking one tsp of the fluid.) I tried that for 3 doses and got worse. So she switched me to cod, 1/4 tsp , I started that yesterday. Today I took 1/4 tsp in am and i/8 tsp in afternoon and no more since.
I just joined a temperory sales job which I do few days/week. I need to always carry my cushion as my main concern is still pelvic discomfort upon sitting. But at times it doesn't look very professional. Also since a bit thick or regular cushion puts too much stretch on my pelvic floor, worsening muscles weakness and all sorts of bladder symptoms
I am looking for a cushion ( preferably one that goes on the back, as well as bottom). I want to look it thinnest possible but really good pressure absorbent.
