Yes, I have another question:) I have been working with Dr. B the last three-four weeks trying to figure out a combination for my tooth pain and my heart issues. 

For those of you that have had success in finding a combination with whatever IC ailment you have... what does it feel like when a combination is effective? Is it a slow process that you need to have days worth of dosages to feel the difference or do you notice a difference after a dose or two?

So when I went off birthcontrol I started getting this major acne around my jaw line.  They are huge underneath zits that hurt but you cannot pop them. I have never had them before. I read online the best way to get rid of them is to go see the dermatologist to get cortisone injections but I know that is not good for IC.  I am so worried though because they are scarring really bad. I don't know what  to do.  Do anyone have any advice I would really really appreciate any help. :(

Hello everyone! I'm a soon-to-be new patient and I'm very glad to have found you all.  When I was in the throes of being diagnosed with IC this past spring I did so much searching online and what I found were beaten-down people resigned to a life of pain and disability. I can't tell you how dark those days were for me until I did my own research into what causes IC and alternative therapies.

Do any of you guys experience tremors? I have a finger tremor in my right index finger that is driving me a lil batty! I was wondering if any of you (before, during, or after) treatment has experienced this. Thanks!

Just wondering how many of you truly stick to the diet with no cheating?

I am religious about it and I am still on list 1 but I was wondering if everyone else follows it most of the time or maybe cheats a little here and there.

Has anyone removed silver fillings that contain mercury? Would like to hear your experience. 

I had a really rough start to treatment- feeling up and down and actually worse than before. it was really mentally and physically exhausting and I posted quite a bit of venting.

  So, I am having a myriad of early-in-treatment issues. The most recent one is my mouth... particularly one molar in my upper right quadrant is putting my in quite a bit of discomfort. I had an x-ray and the dentist says no inflammation in nerve. I emailed Dr. Brizman and she has recommendations for an herbal remedy to try. Have any of you had tooth issues treated herbally? If so, I would love to hear about your experiences:)
