I am feeling much better today in regards to the spasms. One thing that has kicked in is my anxiety level. After going through a day like yesterday, my body is digging it's heals in and is on a high state of alert for another attack.
Well it's 1 am on the east coast and here I lie wide awake. Does anyone have any good for helping along a good nights sleep? I know getting no sleep makes for a bad day, but I just lay here wide awake hour after hour. I should be exhausted from a stressful day and no sleep last night. Any suggestions would be welcome.
Back on SF722 - trying to kill the remaining UTI. I haven't been on this stuff in over two years and can't remember if we can take the whole liguid gel thing, or if we're supposed to squeeze the innards out of it?
Following Dr. B's protocoal, slowly adding new foods, makes you think of food in a very appreciative way. Often, I find myself researching about the health benefits of new foods I am ok'd to try, and it gives me such pleasure and appreciation that my body will benefit from it.
I was on the stage one diet for just over a week and then my accupuncturist told me that I needed to eat more food and not to worry about what I was eating- just eat as I was way too thin and sickly looking. So I went and ate granola with almond milk and now I am having severe spasms in my urethea all morning long. Ive had to go to the bathroom constantly too. Is there anything to take to counteract this thing. I'm dying. Please help. I am not a patient of dr brizmans yet. Waiting for my appointment. Thanks for any suggestions.
On yesterday's episode she made 3 vegetarian dishes that were all safe to eat on lists 1,2 or 3 depending on where you are. The pasta dish has mushrooms which have to be omitted but it is exciting to watch a cooking show and be able to make things. If anyone knows how to add a link... For the recipes ... I'm technologically stupid:))) go for it. Happy cooking!!!
I hope I'm not overwhelming everyone with all my question, but since I am new on this forum, I have a lot of them I guess. I big issue I am experiencing is dry mouth. Even though I drink a lot of spring water all day and eat a lot of vegetables I experience dry mouth really badly. What do you do to combat this? Is there something acceptable to at least suck on? I'd appreciate any advice.
I am having a difficult time. I don't know what to eat. I am sticking to the stage one diet very well but have experienced constipation from it and do it gives me anxiety. I have had prolapse surgery and can not get constipated. I did take the magnesium supplements and they help but I only go every other day even on them. I also try to walk one to two miles a day.
