Hey everyone my chest is so bad today. I haven't been able to walk all week. I know Matia tells me it;s my lymph well i can't get my lymph going if I can't even breath. THis is really bad i get up and I am light headed It hurts so bad i want to stab my chest to release the air. I am so tired of this. It's hard to eat and funtion I can't seem to do anything.
hey all. i was just wondering what everyone does for their meals. do most of you just eat at home or have u found places to eat out where u can get plain things? i havent eaten anywhere(to scared) but would like to try soon if anyone has had success anywhere while in intreatment,thanks!
hey everyone. ive been getting alot of head pain on and off since starting treatment. it feels like throbbing, sharp pains that move all around my head and into my jaw. my head also feels shaky too. sometimes it hurts so much i cant hold up my head b/c it feels so heavy! ugh its scary and weird if anyone has experienced these ever i would greatly appreciate ur feedback!
I had an e-mail from the ICA stating that IC was going to be featured on the daily show "The Doctors" on Thursday, April 16. Dr. Kristene Whitemore, MD, will be the featured IC specialist on the episode. You will have to check your local listings for the time. While this is a conventional view point, it at least helps to give IC exposure to the general public. I thought some of you might be interested to know.
I know I said that the meeting I would post where I had found pizza crust. It was the frech meadows bakery spelt and they are yeast free. I know others have used this crust it is very tasty kinda on the thin side but very good. Also I have used my saltine cracker recipie for pizza crust as well just don't slice it and it works just fine as a crust.
I wanted to ask what kinds of smells bother everyone, how soon do you feel it in your bladder, and how long those reactions last?? I've never had such problems before, but being in this for the second round after pregnancy, my hormones are not back to normal yet, and it seems that I react to all kinds of smells that other peoples totally ignore or don't seem to notice at all.
