As many of you know, I do not accept vegetarians as patients. This questions comes up repeatedly, and I think many people think that I am being unkind in some way in not taking them as patients.

Please understand, that I am a huge animal lover, I have a houseful of animals, and I was myself a vegetarian for years. So, I am not standing in judgement of anyone who is a vegetarian.

I have been asked a lot about eating organic and what my opinion is. This is a nice little clip on that subject that focuses on some foods related to this subject matter, and every little bit of information is helpful.

This clip is consistent with my thinking.

Eating organic is difficult, but, doing it to the best of your ability, I think is helpful to your health, and therefore, wise. It will save you money in the long run because it will save money on medical bills later.

This is a nice little clip by Dr. Andrew Weil.

Raw Milk is something I recommend sometime during treatment. Not at the beginning. Sadly, it cannot be found everywhere. Unbelievably, Whole Foods stopped carrying it, which, was very upsetting. But, other smaller health food stores still carry it, including the chain Henry's, which, I love. But, this is an interesting article on it and what to look for when you decide where to buy it.

I have endlessly defended my position on agave after using it for years in the clinic. I have not seen another natural sweetener that compares.

I have not had time to fully research this, but, this just came in to back up its defense.
