This toothpaste seems to be flaring one of my patients, I thought I would pass it on just in case any of you are using it.

I may have offended a few people earlier on my blog not meaning to of course. My post was not aimed at anyone, it was not for any purpose of condescending or judgement. I am so sorry if I made anyone feel inadequate because they may need to rely on western medications to get through this.

It was not my intent to judge those who have walked a line between the two paths. As I said, if I were injured, I would be headed right to the MDs. There are times that each of us may feel different things are appropriate.

...looks like a good bread for those of you who have been effected by Pacific Bakery closing down!

You could give this one a try.

....there were really only western medical options out there. People were getting urethral dialations and DMSO treatments and doing extremely poorly. I look back at that time and cannot believe how much has changed.

This is a great video. As always, I dont agree with every point, but, I agree with the larger picture of it. And, it is so good that more mainstream attention is being given to this subject. Maybe our young generations will now get a better opportunity on a larger scale to change their eating habits and therefor their health.

I keep meaning to post about Ghee. Ghee is a clarified butter and butter is allowed on all my diet lists, but, for some reason ghee is not ok. Ghee flares people and, I am unsure why.

This just came up with a patient recently, which, reminded me to post on this today.

If you are using ghee, and especially if you are not doing well, please stop.

I just want to encourage everyone who is at the beginning of treatment or still struggling to get better. I'm a little more than 3 years in treatment and flew all the way from Belgium to LA and hoped so hard that this would be the right path. It turned out to be the best decision I ever made in my life...
It has been a hard and long road, and sometimes it felt like I would never get better, but I did.

Hi Dr. B,

No problem, thank you for checking as I cleaned up the typos therefore please copy/paste from the updated/non typos below.  There is more I could have shared but we were on our way out the door to celebrate the fireworks with our son.

Also, I have to share this with you since it just happened last month during my trip (feel free to include if you wish).
