since Monday my neck, upper back have been hurting really bad.  It's very sore and giving me headaches.  Does anyone have any tips that helped them?   I've been doing heat and ice.

hmm not sure if maybe this is a die off symptom. Since my lower back has been aching I have been alternating between hot and cold pack, heat seems to help me more though. Sorry I don't have any other tips :( def let Boaz know what you are experiencing, he may have better suggestions and insight :)

I've had a LOT of neck and back pain through this process. It has waxed and waned but generally much better than it used to be. I could not turn my head very well for a good LONG time. Bad for driving! Also totally bad for part of my career which included dancing. I am just getting back into freely moving I think although maybe it has been better for longer and I just got so used to not dancing, I forgot I could try again!

I have always found only heat works for me. Cold made it much worse

my hips and lower back is hurting a lot, my mom understands and is supportive of the diet/restriction of foods to help the bladder but she has mentioned that she is worried I am not getting enough vitamins/nutrients and that may be why I have this pain. I don't fully agree with her but lately I have been starting to worry about it as well because it feels like my hips are cracking and that they can barely hold me up! my lower back hurts so bad, it does not feel like muscles but rather the bone....I wonder if something is really wrong. Will speak with Boaz about it.

I have had back pain, especially lower back pain on and off throughout treatment. There are quite a few people that have complained about this also.

I did mention it to boaz today and I guess we will watch it.  I feel like it hurts to hold my head up.  Thanks everyone.

I have had this too but for me, it passes. Stack yourself very upright in a chair, and slowly drop your chin to your chest. Hold this for 30 seconds. This improves lymph flow. Hope it helps. Contact me on FB if you want more details

If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.

I get the neck pain/stiffness too. I think it's lymph-related for me. Boaz says walking helps to get the lymph moving and clear things out, which I've found to be true. I have a lot of lower back and hip issues (pretty severe at times). Physical therapy has done wonders. I notice that it gets worse when my digestion is all stopped up. I think it's definitely all related to everything else we have going on.
