My probiotic says Superdophilus on the front, but Lynn said it would probably be called Megadophilus other places. So would you say I'm on Super, not Mega? Also, I noticed my bottle says step 1 of 3....is the probiotic a 3 step process? Just trying to figure out how all of this works.

When you get it from bomamed it states superdophilus, but when you buy it else where it is the megadophilus. There are 3 probiotics Mega, bifido and digestalac, but that does not mean you will end up on all 3 at some point, everyone is different.

I get mine at vitacost, you can get them straight from natren also. Mega is the first one you usually get put on, I have been on it most of the time throughout treatment and have been in treatment 2 1/2 years now, I am currently on Mega and bifido, I did go on digestalac for a very short time a few months ago. Where ever you buy it you have to do the overnight shipping as it has to be shipped on ice.
