A patient did some detective work and found the following. I will try to add to this information with other brands: "I found that Cottonelle Clean Care and Scott Extra soft supposedly have no

This article was brought to my attention so I thought I would post for everyone to see. It speaks a lot about many of the fundamental issues I discuss in my practice regarding inflammation and cholesterol and how diet effects those two things. In my dissertation, I speak about pathological fluids being formed in reaction to inflammation occuring in the body-"compensation". This article describes one example of this dynamic without using that word of course.

Toilet paper can make a difference just like tampons and everything else that touches your skin. You want to make sure it is not perfumey and that it is the most natural possible. I think this should be brought even more to light after the following account from a patient:

It should be here tomorrow. I am so sorry for all of the delays. There were many problems behind the scenes including the fact that the printing company lost it! Yes, lost it. I spent weeks trying to piece it all together, and when I finally did, yes, they found it! Then they asked me for an updated picture. I didn't realize that I actually have no pictures of just myself in it. Crazy, lots of my dogs, cats, children, and husband, but, none of me. So, I did a quick snap and sent it in. It should be ready tomorrow! So, feel free to order if you are interested. Dr.M

...and as a consequence, I could not access my emails suddenly from midday on. Please accept my appologies if any of you were waiting to hear from me and didn't. This is the reason! Dr.M

This is a nice article regarding this topic. Often it is said that certain vaccines are mandatory even though in small writing there will be a disclaimer expalining your rights to decline. There is so much pressure placed upon us in the medical system. And while it may seem that vaccines have nothing to do with IC, it is one more thing that we do in medical care without often thinking through the potential for unwanted effects in our bodies or the bodies of our children. A patient came to me recently saying her doctor said she had to get her tetanus booster, "it is mandatory".

A patient just sent me a wonderful link to a sustainable farm where you all can order grass fed organic meat and other food items such as raw cheese. One note--apparently there is xylitol in the bacon-not great that is for those of you in treatment. Be aware of anything else that might, as far as I know it is only that. You can order and thy deliver!
