This is a very interesting article coming from a little bit different of a perspective. I have to say, my experience of what this author is speaking of is not that far off. Where she is saying it is permanent, I amsaying, lots of antibiotics in one's life really sets them back for being able to repopulate those microorganisms that have been wioed out-coupled with trying to balance the other damages that have been done.

I know I have said this in a lot of posts, in a lot of ways, but, I thought I would throw an extra blog in again around the same subject. It is a HUGE cliche-we are all individual. But, WE ARE!

Dr. MErcola is on a role on this subject--so I thought I would go with it, soince I agree with last article and this one a lot and it is so relevant to ssues I talk about in my practice every day when people argue with me over eating red meat and eggs: http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/09/02/why-does-t...

This is a great article on saturated fats, cholesterol, and general health. This is all I have been saying for years! It is a must read-please. The only thing-please don't use cocuconut oil to cook with! But the rest of the information is really applicable here :) http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/09/01/enjoy-satu...

Through the improvment in digestive function, probiotics are able to impact other areas of our health. There is a strong mind-gut component that is acknowledged in many areas of medicine. Here is an interesting article on the subject, I think all will find very interesting.http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2031716/Probiotic-yoghurt-help-treat-depression-scientists-say.html
