...you have landed on a website rich with support and information on alternatives or adjunctive treatments to the standard methods of treatment that exist today. If you are looking for those kinds of options, this means that you feel that those standard treatments have not worked for you or that you are looking for something to work in place of or in conjunction with your present treatment choice.

For those of you who have worked with me or read my dissertation, you know that one aspect, one of many that sometimes may pertain to an underlying issue of IC is the bonding relationship between mother and child--or lack there of.  This relationship is fundamental to our self esteem, the development of who we are, and the well being of our health. If this relationship is not a nurturing one, then changes may sometimes occur in a young child's emotional and intellectual development that may in turn cause physiological changes.

...is not a good idea. There is not a "miracle bottle" that can be bought to magically make your IC go away! And, taking supplements and herbs without supervision is very dangerous. Many people say, "if it is natural, it may help, but it wont hurt". This is not true. This is why you need to be supervised by a licensed, trained, professional! Treating people with natural medicine is very difficult, and treating IC, well, I dont think there are too many things more difficult than that--and that is when you know what you are doing.

I apologize, but, I won't be able to make up this month's meeting. We will have to wait until next month. The availability of times of the conference room and my schedule are not in sync. My schedule is particularly tight these next few weeks. I promise there will not be any mistakes like this in the future!

Obviously in IC everything is very serious and heavy. It is nice to lighten things up once in a while. A friend sent me this today and it reminded me of how incredibly awesome the hthe human body is and how beautiful it is! CLick on this link, it is amazing! http://www.desinuts.com/2009/03/12/15-microscopic-images/

Many symptoms can come along with rebalancing the body in the treatment of chronic illness.Often, they can be uncomfortable and sometimes even scary. I have described much of this in other areas of this site and, of course, in great detail in my dissertation, which, is rich with research, clinical experience, and a lot of detailed information regarding my work and understanding of IC and its related chronic conditions.

to check out bomamed blogs as well as this blog bc I more often than not, do not double post. And, often there are interesting points over there that, although are not specific to IC, related to your general health.

I get asked often about a lot if different kinds of beauty techniques offered in today's world of everyone trying to look younger! So interesting to note, that most of these techniques will really aggravate IC.

In my dissertation I discuss the importance of the ovaries to the health of women and howremoving the ovaries may negatively impact and inter-relate to IC.
