Diet and Nature vs. Chemically Controlling Problems

Facebook iconTwitter iconGoogle icon

This is a really interesting article on the subject of using diet and supplements to naturally change the way the body is operating vs. using prescription drugs to chemically alter it in a flase way.

I think this author's recommendations are really nice. I am not recommending these for my patients, but I think some of these ideas are really lovely. And, I also want to say, that with natural remedies, one can get intot he business of chasing symptoms. That is not territory one should want to engage in. Rather, the goal should be to get the body in good balance so that one does not have symptoms to treat. So, simple things such as getting your period should be simple, and not involve huge PMS or the need for NSAIDS (i.e. tylenol, advil, paracetemol, etc...) You should just....get it! When your body is getting healthier, your state of mind, your concentration, energy, and all of your body's natural processes should work more efficiently and with greater ease. Read this article, it is good!

Thankyou so much for your prompt reply.
Does Raquel have a contact email. I live in Brisbane Australia and I am not sure what phone codes I need to insert before your phone number or the time difference.

Thanks
Greta
