Salad Idea #1
one head of romaine lettuce
two handfuls of spinach
half a cucumber -take skin off if it is not organic-cut it in vertical quarter slices and then cut those long pieces horizontally.
half cup of cherry tomatoes cut in halves
season with dried basil going in circles from the outside of the bowl to the inside 
repeat this with salt
repeat this with garlic powder
repeat once a gain with olive oil
if you are allowed lemon squeeze one lemon in

1/4 head of red cabbage

half container of mache blend ( a particular kind of lettuce leaves)
10 Kale leaves cut up

One quarter of a red onion cut up

if you are allowed lemon squeeze one lemon in 

these are just a few salad ideas. You can get the idea and substitute or add ingredients to your taste. A salad a day gives you lots of vitamins and minerals and tastes so fresh! It also helps your bowels move:)

Are we supposed to eat this much leaves every time we have a salad or every day?  this is a lot... I already thought I was eating a lot.

you can up it or down it depending on how much protein you eat. But, you do need to eat a fair amount of veggies. I am not good with recipes-if this feels like too much then share with your husband:)
