IC is a dreadful condition. There is no doubt. When people come into this clinic and I watch the tears fall across someone's face my heart wrenches each time as if it were the first that I witnessed it.
And, each time, there are cries of fear that no help will ever come. And most of those times are proven wrong, bc help does come.
My answers are always the same-you have to fight this fight. You have to meet your challenge. You have to be determined. I am here as a guide, but I cannot fight for you.
I am posting a story, not about IC, but about personal challenge. This man was told he would never overcome his challenge. This is a lesson in human spirit and its overwhelming power, beauty, and ability to succeed.
