It has been over a year now that this site has been active. I want to say that I am very grateful to be able to provide a place where people in need may find help and empathy and information.

I am also grateful that this site provides a way for people to find people to talk to and to befriend. IN the end, we are the sum of our relationships. Someone who has touched many people leaves their mark on this world and the reverberation of the affect they have on one person will go on to affect many.

As a reminder, I do not read the private chat room bc I give that to each of you to have amongst yourselves for private conversation. It elates me to see though that it is being actively used and that from what I understand, for very positive purposes.

IC is a very dreadful condition as is so many other kinds of chronic illness. Finding help and finding hope is the mark of this struggle of IC and ICAMA intends to continue to provide that avenue.
