Sugar Cravings

Something that is really important to know, is that often when you are starting to get ahead of your imbalances, the sugar cravings reemerge. 

I just finished an appointment with someone who was doing outstandingly well in all aspects from bladder to hair and then the cravings hit and she caved in! Needless to say, the vaginal discharge started, the energy went down, the bloating went up, the hair started falling out, the sleep went bad, etc.. etc...

This is a great lesson bc it reminds me to remind each of you that when you get this-recognize it and exert your intellect over the situation. You need to fight this with your mind and not your body.

It happens, so don't feel like you are a bad person or a weak person. No, this isnt the case. It is a physiological thing that happens to create these cravings in order for the imbalance in your body to perpetuate itself. You as the person housing this imbalance have to fight the fight.

I recommend eating rich foods, like a steak and a baked potato (with veggies of course) when this happens. This will satiate you and help fight that craving!!
