I comented eariler on this but it's gone? It doesn't metion biodential hormones. DO you feel it's the same?

I don't know what happened to the post! That is strange. But, anyway, yes, same for bio-identicals. Which, I would not have said years ago. It took me a long time to get to that conclusion. and, of course, I am only one person with my own opinions. But, that is the conclusion I have come to after observing many people back and forth over the years.

I need to use estrogen cream vaginaly to treat my Atrophic vaginitis. I am also aware that there is estrogen receptors in the bladder neck and urethra and the right amount of estrogen is necessary for bladder health.
My concern is how to know if I am using the right amount of estrogen. Is it maybe to less or is it maybe to much.
Currently I am using 0.5 g Premarin cream per day. 
I would love it to rather not need to use this but I don't know of another way to treat Atrophic vaginitis.
