I have done this before. I recommend "selecting all" to copy your text (so that it is in essence "saved" before you hit the save or preview button)-just as a safety measure. If you are sending a personal message to someone, do NOT hit the "contact" button at the top of the page. Hit the "send" button at the bottom of the page. Hope that helps!
