Can my daughter AVOID eye drops at her eye evaluation??

We are checking on her prescription. She has minor health issues and I think the drops are bad from what I remember here. Is it possible to go without eye drops?

Are you taking about the ones they use to dialate your eyes?

They now have a test called OCT - Ocular Coherence Tomography that I did to avoid the eye drops. It tests the same thing as the eye drops from what they told me. Insurance does not cover it so I had to pay $30 out of pocket but that was fine with me. Not sure if every opthamologist has it or not.
