2 years ago today when my first symptoms hit me I couldn't go 45 minutes without needing a bathroom and was in hysterical pain. Today I'm basically living my life the way I did pre-IC except I now have a healthier outlook on diet and lifestyle for which I am so grateful. I am 90% symptom free 95% percent of the time now and maybe get a slight twinge of pain and frequency every month or so if I slip up on my diet or don't look after myself but otherwise I have never felt so great about my body and health before. I don't miss alcohol, I barely miss sugar and I actually enjoy being able to eat so cleanly knowing what it's doing for my body. Most of all however I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to fly to LA from another continent to meet you and take on your protocol and slowly heal my body from IC. I appreciate your help and the way it's given me my health back every day and want you to know how amazing you and your husband and staff are for being there to help people like me. I only wish there was a wider awareness for treating IC the way you do. You've changed my life for the better.
