Hello All in the UK !
I'm interested to know where people buy grass fed beef - or what you eat ?
Also which brands of water do you drink ? I have been on Tesco Clearview for ages but I think they are discontinuing it as it's harder to get hold of - so I'm looking for an alternative. I don't seem to do well on Highland Spring which seems odd.

There is a new supplier I have just found. Gazegill Organics, www.gazegillorganics.co.uk
Their prices are very good and they sell grass fed organic rare breed beef which delicious. They do also sell free range organic lamb and pork but I haven't tried these yet.
Their delivery charge is a bit steep at £9.95 but for that they deliver up to 15kg so I do a big order and freeze it down. It is delivered fresh so you can split the packs into individual portions before freezing.
Otherwise I occasionally use Graig Farm Organics and just buy from their special offers section.
As for the water I drink Highand Spring OK but the nitrate level is 3.1 so perhaps that is what bothers you. Have you tried Buxton? I know its not spring but the mineral levels seem to be quite low. Or there is Chrystalline from Waitrose.
