I am having a huge crisis today. My best freinds child unexpectedly died ,and I need to travel to see her tomorrow. I have a super bad chest cold and sinus infection, and don't want to get her family sick. I recevied Plum Flower Zhong Gan Ling on Thursday (100 capules) and will finish it today. I didn't realize that the bottle would only last for a few days.
I haven't seen any place online that has overnight shipping. Do you know of any place that can overnight it to me?

not sure where you are going- but maybe there is a TCM or acupuncture/herb clinic nearby that might carry this formula? It's not an uncommon formula. Whole foods sometimes carries chinese formulas. I would google acupuncture clinics in the area you are traveling and try to pick some up. so sorry to hear of this loss of your friend's child. Sending positive loving energy your way. Mary

zhong gan ling
Hi Sharon- sending you and your friend (and family) lots of love and peace in a very difficult time. I am actually facing a similar situation with zhong gan ling. I got the flu and it has turned into a terrible sinus infection. I live in Jackson, WY (middle of nowhere) and was told today to get this formula and one other asap or I would need antibiotics. Honeybee helped me out and found a local acupuncturist who carried one of the formulas, but still looking for zhong gan ling. Matia told me whole foods does carry zhong gan ling (zand brand?). This didn't help me because the nearest whole foods is 6 hours away, but hopefully you are going to a bigger city than where I live! You can always try local health food stores and use www.acufinder.com to locate acupuncturists close by. So I found one site that says if you'd like "next day" shipping that you need to call. I would still try and see if there's somewhere local, but worst comes to worst you could have it by tuesday. Ordering herbs
I just got a call from Healing Herbs of China. Since I am sending the herbs to a town just outside of Houston, it will take two days for delivery. I also ordered the Zhong Gan Ling from iHerb and overnighted it.
Will you need to pass thru Austin?

I don't know what happened to my post but. First I would like to say my prayers are with you and the family I am sorry for your lost. As far as ZML goes if you have ear, gml and goldenseal can also be taken I would email matia. If you can't find local there are sites that sell but I would call and make sure they have them in stock FYI if you choose Amazon make sure you express your order I have had bad experiences with shipping and herbs through amazon it takes forever. I would call these companies before you order. Also, there is another brand that makes them and Iherb carries them I love shipping from Iherb you could ask Matia about the doseage should be ok. Iherb has cheep over night you could send it to the place your going. i think i payed 12 last time i overnighted something.

Great ideas
I live near Dallas and was hoping to find Zhong Gan Ling around here. Does Whole Foods carry it? The nearest one is 45 minutes away. I was going to order more goldenseal from iherb, and it's good to know they carry Zhong Gan Ling. I just placed an order with www.healingherbsofchina.com tonight. They are going to overnight Zhong Gan Ling for $20. I would definitely reccommend keeping 2 bottles of it on hand since one bottle will last for only four days. Most colds seem to last a week. My bladder has made tremendous progress this week. I haven't felt this good since I first got diagnosed with IC three years ago. My pain levels are way down, and I am only in the seventh month of treatment! Please pray that I won't get her family sick. I want to be an encouragement to her at this difficult time. Thanks for the kind offer. We didn't pass through Austin. The Healing Herbs of China shipment was a bust. Not only did the package take two days to arrive but I had to be present to sign for the package. We were at the funeral when it arrived. Today the post office is closed. Now I am in Dallas and the herbs are still in Houston. I have been taking the iHerb version of Zhong Gan Ling.

Healing Herbs of China is going to send my package of Zhong Gan Ling to my home. I won't have to pay for shipping again. They did say that packages can be sent via two day mail to anywhere in the US. You can also request to not sign for your package. I am so glad Matia's office is open again :o)

Update: I would highly recommend keeping at least 3 bottles of Zhong Gan Ling on hand to treat colds. One bottle lasts about four days.

It is incredibly effective, it helped a really bad sinus infection within 4 days, my doctor wanted to put me on antibiotics for 3 weeks!!!!
