Both of my kids have been on probiotics for years. It's part of everyday health our whole family. Matia has me on Natren so that's what we all take. They have a great web site and a very helpful 800# where you can speak to someone with questions. Before Natren we used DDS Jr by Universal Labs. I think it was a good brand. They also have a web site and #800 that's very helpful. There are A LOT of probioitcs out there. I would do the research. They must come to you cold. Nothing from the store shelf. These are basically useless. Good Luck!

 
I wonder why store shelf is useless. I bought mine at Vitamin Shoppe. It seems to be a reputable establishment. However, I only feel a slight difference since I started. 

I'm giving the baby some of my Natren. I've always given my kids Three-Lac and for me I used to use Custom probiotics or Pharmax. I have 2 boxes left of 3-lac so I'll keep givingmy kids that and then I move them to Natren most likely.
